St. Mary’s Residences
Independent Senior Housing with 128 one-bedroom private apartments. We offer both HUD subsidized and Market Rent programs. Some amenities include a restaurant, chapel, activity room, laundry and kitchenette rooms, library, physician practices, security, and also an outdoor patio. St. Mary's Residences is located in the St.Mary's Health System campus, between the medical center and the nursing home; accessible via climate controlled connectors. We are a No-Smoking campus. Applications, information and tours are available upon request by calling our office Monday thru Friday, 8:00am - 4:30pm at 207-777-8832.  St. Mary’s Residences (formerly Maison Marcotte) consists of 128 private apartments reserved exclusively for the elderly and/or handicapped. Our housing gives seniors the opportunity to combine independent living with support services. Residents are offered assistance in dealing with outside agencies, when necessary, through the community’s Director. St. Mary’s Residences is conveniently located near St. Mary’s Regional Medical Center, numerous physicians’ practices, and a
pharmacy.
