St. Mary's d'Youville Pavilion
St. Mary’s d’Youville Pavilion (formerly St. Marguerite d’Youville Pavilion) focuses on three distinct areas of care to residents and patients. The first is long-term residential care which offers daily nursing care, social activities, and pastoral services to provide individualized care to residents.
The second is Marguerite’s Garden, a "secure unit" to help meet the special needs of men and women living with Alzheimer's and other related dementias. Dedicated staff validate residents' feelings as they enter their reality, while providing a safe environment.
The last core area at d’Youville Pavilion is the Rehab Center. The Center fills the gap between a hospital stay and home care. After a hospital stay a patient may often require additional therapy or education related to specific illnesses, care, or medications before going home. The Rehab Center offers the care and support needed in a rehabilitative setting. Here physicians, therapists, nursing staff, social services, and dietary staff work together to meet the challenges that frequently accompany illness
and or injuries.
