About Us

Located on the historic campus of Bates College, the Museum of Art and its exhibitions, collections, stewardship, and interpretation bring a world of ideas to campus that are a vital part of the intellectual and cultural life of the college and communities beyond campus. Throughout the year, the MoA presents a wide variety of exhibitions, lectures, education programs for K-12 students, tours and special events.
