Join the LA Metro Chamber and Restaurant Rockstars’ Roger Beaudoin for this one-hour training targeted at public-facing customer service employees. This interactive session presents the true meaning of hospitality and customer service in any public-facing business.
Team-members will learn:
- The importance of personality and building relationships with customers
- How to treat every customer as if they were a regular/repeat customer
- How numerous impressions affect customer satisfaction and repeat business
- What customers are seeking when they choose to do business with you
- The dangers and opportunities of online reviews
- How to anticipate needs before being asked
- How to develop product and business knowledge and suggestive selling techniques
- Ways to be recognized, heard, and promoted within a business
Registration is required, as well as a post-seminar survey.
Attendees will receive training materials and refreshments.
Limited free, onsite parking is available and parking in the adjacent garage is $1.00 an hour.
