Amy Schram has been with BBB since 2011 and serves as Manager of Community Relations. Her focus is to foster the business to consumer relationship and educate the public at large on all BBB programs and services. She delivers close to 200 programs each year, speaking to thousands of business and community members throughout Eastern Massachusetts, Maine, Rhode Island, and Vermont.

The BBB Scams, Fraud, & Identity Theft Program covers the major scams currently circulating the community, including high cybersecurity threats, and the precautionary steps we can take to protect ourselves and our businesses.
This program is part of the LA Metro Chamber's Professional Development Series for which the Chamber charges a registration fee. The fee is not charged by the presenter.
