Rebecca Fraser-Thill is an ICF-credentialed Career Coach, the Senior Contributor at Forbes on meaningful work, and the owner of Fraser-Thill Coaching & Consulting, based near Portland. She supports coaching clients around the world as they develop their career path clarity, job search strategy, and fulfillment at work.
Rebecca taught psychology at Bates College for 18 years and led the design of their nationally-recognized Purposeful Work program. Her work has been featured by Harvard Business Review Ascend, the BBC, Bloomberg Businessweek, Business Insider, Dow Jones’ MarketWatch, and Quartz, among other outlets. She holds a master’s in developmental psychology from Cornell University.
