Yin Yoga: This is a more passive practice where we take gentle stretches that we hold for longer periods of time (3 to 5 minutes each) to target the connective tissues and regulate the nervous system.
Many postures are seated, and the focus is on the entire physical and emotional body. This class is perfect for all levels and those feeling burned out, stressed, or overwhelmed with life. Sundays at 9 to 10 am Thursdays 6:30 to 7:30 pm
