We invite our partners, employers, educational institutions, service providers, and community organizations to come together for Strengthen LA’s Annual Retreat.

This day is both a reflection and a time of collaboration: we will look back at the progress and partnerships of 2025, and work together to set our workforce priorities for 2026. These priorities are shaped by the needs of our community, and your input is essential. Together, we will gather insight, exchange ideas, and strengthen collaborations that move us closer to a resilient and inclusive workforce.
