Wednesday, October 8, 2025 (3:00 PM - 5:00 PM) (EDT)
Description
This class is taught in 2 parts; Part 1 is October 8th 3-5 and Part 2 is October 22nd 3-5
Level up your social media game with this two-session workshop led by Mike McKeen of Tiger Funk Productions. Mike will show you how to choose the right platforms, craft killer content, and connect with your audience.
In our first session on October 8th, you'll dive into the basics of platforms like Facebook and TikTok, mastering best practices, hashtags, and drafting posts that get noticed. Then, get hands-on as we explore creating powerful photos and videos using just your smartphone or computer. You'll learn simple editing tricks to make your content shine.
The second session on October 22nd is all about putting it into practice. We'll review post examples and create a practice post together, adding graphics and text for maximum impact. We'll also help you narrow down your target audience and show you how to form smart partnerships with other businesses and influencers to grow your reach. Don't just post—post with a purpose!
