We’re hosting a previous workshop and community discussion! Maine Youth Power is teaming up with Liv from the Young People’s Caucus for a powerful convo on July 28th, focused on how to have tough conversations in today’s highly polarized world. With so much misinformation circulating from the media—it’s become harder than ever to talk across differences, even with those closest to us.

This space is meant to bring us together, not apart. We'll be sharing a simple 5-minute guide to help navigate these difficult conversations with more compassion, clarity, and courage. We’ll also hear a powerful personal story from Liv, who will reflect on her experience having one of these tough talks and what she learned along the way.

We know these moments aren’t easy—but we believe in the power of community, listening, and showing up for one another even when it’s hard.
