✨FREE✨ Gentle Yoga in the Park Summer Series

Description

Join Melissa St. Pierre of Honey Bee Healing Hive for Gentle Yoga in the Park Monday's from 6 to 7 pm.  Classes are FREE thanks to an amazing partnership between the Maine Resiliency Center and the Lewiston Recreation Department! 


You can register ahead of time or just walk-in. Bring a mat & bottle of water, and dress in comfortable clothes. In case of inclement weather, we'll meet at the Armory, 65 Central Ave, Lewiston.
