Description

A new 5-week Gentle Yoga in the Park series starts Monday, July 28 with an 💫 exciting twist 💫 Classes are FREE thanks to an amazing partnership between the Maine Resiliency Center and the Lewiston Recreation Department! 

You can register ahead of time or just walk-in. 

Bring a mat & bottle of water, and dress in comfortable clothes. In case of inclement weather, we'll meet at the Armory, 65 Central Ave, Lewiston.
