MEREDA Lunch & Learn Event – Antitrust: Navigating Brokerage Relationships, Agreements, and Compensation
This course provides an in-depth examination for real estate professionals looking to deepen their understanding of antitrust laws and their impact on the real estate industry. It offers participants the chance to gain a clearer comprehension of and communicate more effectively about licensee compensation with clients.
Additionally, the program covers listing and buyer agreements, explains the distinctions between customer and client statuses, and includes an overview of commission lawsuits, enhancing participants’ knowledge and professional practice in the real estate field.
