LA Metro Chamber August IN-PERSON Breakfast -Using Tech to Find Talent- New Options with Digital Badging hosted by Poland Spring Resort
Hiring is challenging, and businesses are looking for new options and an advantage. Digital badging is a new tool that students, colleges, and employers are using to search for candidates with specific skills and recruit to their position. Locally, Central Maine Community College has helped to get this tech in the hands of both skilled learners and employers.
Join us for this topic, a demonstration of badging and how to search for talent, and information on why this tool should be in your toolbelt. Presenter Kern Philgence, Curriculum Designer at the Center for Workforce and Professional Development at CMCC will highlight Digital Badging, current badged skills and curriculum, and answer your questions.
