Introduction of Meditation
Interested in how meditation works to bring personal balance, but not sure where to start? In honor of Mental Health Awareness Month, Mellow Mainer Meditation joins us again to lead this Introduction to Meditation course, perfect for beginners. Incorporating meditation as part of your daily self-care routine is like medicine for the mind and spirit. Each session includes a short, guided meditation plus a resource list. This program will take place via Zoom, and participants will be sent a link on the day of the program.
