HR Thursdays ~ Working from home: Remote work and the new workforce
Topic: Working from home: Remote work and the new workforce
Still a conversation we are having and will likely continue for quite some time.
Greg will lead a conversation addressing the following questions:
- How can we maintain and even improve employee and customer experience and engagement leading a remote or partially remote workforce?
- What processes and systems help teams stay connected and thrive?
- What do we know and what are we learning about managing a remote workforce?
- What does "back to the office" look like and how will/should it change?
