We have been through some pretty challenging times and many of us need support. Recovering from Burnout is the ability to heal from prolonged physical, mental, and emotional exhaustion brought on by prolonged or repeated stress.
Each session offers a skill building take away for practice after class to recover better from high-stress experiences.
Our program will help participants learn more and understand the difference between stress and burnout.
You will learn:
· The skills to identify burnout and how to take back control.
· Ways to find better balance and harmony in all aspects of your life.
· Tools and techniques to recover and find success with difficulty of all types.
